If I could give Chance 10 out of 5 stars I would. We were on a TIGHT deadline. 14 days after our house went on the market, we got it under contract and Chance added the icing on the cake with her negotiating skills. The day before our deadline, we were very worried about dropping our price but   Chance gave me the pros and cons so I could weigh my options and ultimately make the best decision for our family. She was able to negotiate the contract so it worked out even better than expected. Chance was always quick to answer my phone calls and endless texts to ease my anxiety and I am so thankful our friend referred her to us! If you are hesitant to use a realtor like my husband was, listen to me and hire Chance! She’s got YOUR best interest at heart and will work magic! 10/10
