Chance was awesome!! My wife and I started looking for our first house back in February and Chance reached out to us then and heard we were in the market for a home. Due to a family illness we had to postpone those plans so in August we started looking again. We called Chance and she showed us 3  homes. Like the saying goes the third time is the charm and we found our “HOME”. She explained everything in detail on what we needed to do and where and she answered every question “ we had a lot” with a smile on her face.
