This was our first home buying experience. Chance took the time to navigate us through the entire process. She was patient in showing us several homes until we found the perfect fit. Her resources were invaluable. We did not have to guess about whom to choose for repairs, a lender, etc. She had every contact we needed. All of which turned out to be wonderful people to work with. We couldn’t of had a better realtor to get us through this experience.
Chance was very accessible on phone almost all of the time. She is professional and easy to work with. We had very specific needs in the house, and Chance did accommodate us in finding the house of our needs, it was a great experience. She is NOT pushy at any given time. It’s delightful to work with Chance.
